Sovereign Pets: Refund and Return Policy

90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee At Sovereign Pets, we stand behind our artisanal work. We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return or a replacement if you are not 100% satisfied with your royal portrait.

Returns Process To start a return, you must contact us first at sovereignpetsshop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Custom Products & Personalization Due to the nature of our products (custom 18th-century pet portraits), each item is unique and made to order. While standard consumer law often excludes personalized goods from return rights, our 90-day guarantee covers you. If the portrait does not capture your pet’s likeness or if the quality is not as expected, we will offer a free revision, a replacement, or a full refund.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover all costs associated with replacing damaged or incorrect items.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will process a replacement or you can make a separate purchase for a new item.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, please note that our 90-day satisfaction guarantee extends this right significantly to ensure your peace of mind.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
